Returns & Exchanges

  • Exchange or return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order
  • Items must be in their original, unused condition
  • Clear photos or videos and order number are required
  • Exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days after approval
  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after inspection
  • Requests are not accepted for used, altered items or change of mind
  • Shipping fees are covered by the customer except in cases of error or defect from Nefert
  • Some items (customized or used products) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable
